Dance Dance Revolution

Protesters take to the streets for the 5th Anniversary of the Iraq War...with a dance party!

Protesters though of a way to approach this year's upcoming anniversary...so what better way to celebrate with a dance party?
They began by taking over the intersection of Water and Wisconsin, armed with bucket drums, flags, bikes, a boombox and a plastic gargoyle.
Many of the drivers attempting to get through the intersection were clearly frustrated with the protesters, wanting to return home to their wife and kids from a hard day at work.
This, the protesters understand, but moreover would like the people coming in and out of downtown everyday to work to not take any of this for granted. The people in Iraq are dealing with this pointless war for years now, people that don't always have families and homes to return to because of the war overseas.
