Fort Benning, GA. In a lustrous display of pagentry, the puppetistas put on a drama this morning where main theme had a whole bunch of IMCistas rise up from the ashes of the corporate media. 
Local anti-war ballot initiatives received considerable support from peace activist, Cindy Sheehan. In August, 2005 she used her own initiative to create Camp Casey and successfully energized the anti-war movement. On Saturday, November 4th she delivered a passionate speech before a large gathering in downtown Milwaukee. Between a barrage of requests for photographs and personal interaction, she granted an interview prior to her address.
Student and community activists did a brief action in Madison to protest and draw attention to the invasion of Oaxaca by federal police.

Police showed up at the public pool last night in Glendale to find about fifteen people there swimming (illegally). About eight of the fifteen managed to run away, hiding in the woods half naked through muddy creeks and thorny bushes or jumping fences amidst pleas by the police that their charges would only be worse if they ran. They would only be worse of they ran and were caught or obeyed after resisting. They were taken into police custody at about 1pm last night and are still in jail as of right now. We have had no contact with any of those in police custody. All of this happened with no warning from the police and is nothing but ridiculous overkill on the hottest night of recorded milwaukee history in the last four years. 
A small group of anti-police brutality activists managed to infiltrate the South Shore Frolics parade in Bay View, on July 14th. The parade, whose purpose has not exactly been determined, produced the standard celebratory fare: police, fire-fighters, et cetera. Bay View residents were clearly surprised by the cadre of kids with an un-traditional message.

According to activists from Des Moines, Philadelphia, Miami, Sacramento, and other locations, a young woman named "Anna" allegedly infiltrated peace and justice rallies and anarchist meetings, and even attempted to join protests against the Democratic National Committee (DNC) ahead of the DNC's national convention last year as a paid FBI confidential "informant."
